MATRÍCULA EXTENDIDA/EXTENDED ENROLLMENT: SOS Approach to Feeding

El costo total del curso es $1,190.00 (más IVU si aplica) e incluye:

Materiales, desayuno continental, meriendas y almuerzo.

Como de costumbre, hemos establecido un plan de pago para beneficio de los participantes.  El mismo tiene el siguiente itinerario:

$530.00: abono para el pago del curso (al 16 de junio de 2023)

$330.00: abono para el pago del curso (16 de agosto de 2023)

$330.00 + $136.85 (ivu si aplica): para el saldo del curso (fecha límite 16 de octubre de 2023)

El costo del curso no incluye el pago de Educación Continua el cual el participante hará directamente con la Universidad de Puerto Rico (ver sección de Educación Continua para detalles). Recuerde que no todo participante que se matricula necesita créditos de Educación Continua para profesionales de la Salud, así que el que lo necesite lo pagará a parte y directamente con la Universidad de Puerto Rico. Tampoco cubre el costo de estacionamiento en el hotel. *No hay disponibilidad de almuerzo para dietas especiales, ni descuento por no ingerir los alimentos ya que es parte del paquete acordado con el hotel.

Para cancelaciones debe hacer una comunicación escrita a educacion@terapiasazulceleste.com.  El participante tiene hasta el 16 de octubre de 2023 para cancelar y poder recibir devuelto el 50% de sus pagos, menos los gastos de transmisión electrónica.  Las cancelaciones posteriores al 16 de octubre de 2023 no tendrán ningún reembolso por ninguna razón (sea médica, personal, desastre natural u cualquier otra). Toda persona que se matricule luego del 16 de octubre de 2023 no podrá cancelar su matrícula, ni recibir reembolso de la misma.  Se permite, que un participante que no pueda asistir sea sustituido por otro.  Para esto, el personal de Terapias Azul Celeste debe ser notificado por escrito al menos 48 horas antes del inicio del curso.

Terapias Azul Celeste, LLC se reserva el derecho de cancelar el curso a causas de situaciones extenuantes, climatológicas, epidémicas, desastres naturales, situaciones accidentales, enfermedad de todos los rercursos, entre otros. Terapias Azul Celeste, LLC no es responsable por cualquier gasto incurrido por los participantes a raíz de la cancelación del curso por alguna de estas circunstancias.

As usual, we have established a payment plan for the benefit of the participants. It has the following itinerary: $530.00: credit for the payment of the course (as of June 16, 2023) $330.00: payment for the payment of the course (August 16, 2023) $330.00 + $136.85 (ivu if applicable): for the balance of the course (deadline October 16, 2023) The cost of the course does not include the Continuing Education payment (for Puerto Rico licences) which the participant will make directly with the University of Puerto Rico (see the Continuing Education section for details). Remember that not every participant who enrolls needs Continuing Education credits for Health Professionals at PuertoRico, so those who need it will pay separately and directly to the University of Puerto Rico. It also does not cover the cost of parking at the hotel. *There is no availability of lunch for special diets, nor discount for not eating food as it is part of the package agreed with the hotel. For cancellations you must make a written communication to educacion@terapiasazulceleste.com. The participant has until October 16, 2023 to cancel and receive a refund of 50% of their payments, less electronic transmission expenses. Cancellations after October 16, 2023 will not have any refund for any reason (be it medical, personal, natural disaster or any other). Any person who enrolls after October 16, 2023 will not be able to cancel their enrollment or receive a refund. It is allowed that a participant who cannot attend is replaced by another. For this, the Terapias Azul Celeste staff must be notified in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the course. Terapias Azul Celeste, LLC reserves the right to cancel the course due to extenuating circumtances, weather, epidemic situations, natural disasters, accidental situations, disease of all speakers, among others. Terapias Azul Celeste, LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participants as a result of the cancellation of the course due to any of these circumtances.
